Baby Dax was born on Saturday, September 29, 2012 in the wee hours of the morning. Jesse had gone out of town for the Iowa game for the weekend and I decided to go over to my sisters and do a craft night. Little did i know that i would be caring for 3 little boys and spending the night while Ben and my sister headed to the hospital. Steph had started mild contractions around 4 in the afternoon but they progressively got stronger and by 9:30 pm they were headed to the hopsital. I had originally told Jesse that he couldn't go out of town if my sister was going to have her baby but who would of thought that baby Dax would be making his debut a little early. Delivery didnt' go as planned so a C-section had to take place. Steph was not very happy about that but to protect the health of the baby and her it had to be performed. Dax sure is a cutie and I had the privilege of photographing him at just 5 days old.
