Thanksgiving 2012

This year for Thanksgiving we had the Blum Thanksgiving the week before Thanksgiving and then we actually had Thanksgiving dinner at our house on Thanksgiving....wow....lots of Thanksgiving in this sentence. Jesse and I went back for the Blum Thanksgiving. Had a good time seeing everyone. Spent some time with Jesse's mom and grandparents and then headed to Ann and Curlys for dinner. Stayed a couple of hours and then headed back the same day. Got caught on the interstate in the middle of an accident so that was fun sitting on the highway for over 30 minutes at a dead stand still. Luckily we made it home safely. Unfortunately because of the drive my legs swelled up 3X the size they normally are..not sure why this happened since it hasn't happened before. Over all Thanksgiving on the Blum side was fun.

Thankgiving at our house...Jason, Dawn and the kids couldn't make it. Jesse's mom, boyfriend and Paige came over as well as my Sister and her family. Was crazy having the boys in the house. The turkey took longer to cook then expected so we didn't end up eating till around 2:30 or so. Good thing we had goodies to snack on and ads to look through fo Black Friday Shopping :).

Maternity Pics

Figured since I was in with Easton getting his pictures taken that i'd get a couple of maternity shots. The wrapped blanket ones are by far my most favorite.

Easton and I visited the Target Portrait Studio for his 2 year old pictures on one of my days off. All i can say is that it did not turn out as expected. Easton hates the camera and did not want anything to do with having his picture taken. There was only one that i actually thought turned out ok. The others i didn't even bother ordering. I guess i have made him hate the camera since i'm always behind it trying to caught his cute moments and milestones. Hopefully when he gets older he'll enjoy pictures more.

Grady/Jace Super Hero Birthday Party

Steph and Ben threw Grady and Jace a fabulous super hero birthday party. Since their birthday's fall so close together they decided to throw one big party. The party took place at the Pizza Ranch. Turned out to be a Super good time and they both received tons of great toys...one in particular that was a hit was the Cars that Jace received.
