4th of July with my sister Steph and Ben's family

We didn't really have any plans for the 4th of July since we went and seen the night before. We basically laid around all day and took naps and then headed over to my sisters house for a barbeque and so the boys could go swimming. Turned into a fun night. Poor Chicago was so scared of the fireworks going on around us. :) Steph and Ben have the coolest pool...garage sale find of $4....Easton loved it.

For the 4th of July Jesse and I met some friends and tailgated in the parking lot grilling out and playing bags in waiting for the fireworks. Easton did rather well with the fireworks. I put cotton balls in his ears to try and muffle the sound. He had a great time watching the big fireworks and the bright lights.

Johan and Julie's Wedding

Easton was definitely a Ham at the Johan and Julies wedding..he was so cute and his outfit was the best...we had a great time celebrating with Johan and Julie on their big day. Poor Easton was so tired of being held and carried around that he turned a little cranky. My sister was kind enough to watch him over night which helped a lot. Jesse and I danced it up and had a great time.

Easton loves the water

The friday before 4th of July i took the afternoon off and met Mindy and Ellie at the pool. It was Easton's first time being at a pool and in water other than warm bath water. He loved it. He wasn't too sure of his little floating thing because he was submerged in water but he absolutely loved splashing around in it. He would try and eat the water which is kind of gross but that's kids for ya. Overall I think he'll enjoy the pool this summer. So glad he's not afraid of the cold water because mommy loves the pool :) He was definitely a tuckered little boy after we left the pool.
