Pumpkin Express Train

Since Easton is so in love with trains we thought it would be fun to take him to the Pumpkin Express in Boone IA. He had a blast....the train ride was rather long for a almost 2 year old to sit but it was a great experience and Easton got to see and ride the very Toy he loves to play with. We even got to pick out two pumpkins to take home with us.

A day at Daddy's work

Jesse's new employer moved their faciliities out to West Des Moines. Tonight was their open house where family could come in and visit and have a tour. Easton loved the cookies they provided.

CHU, CHU, Easton is turning 2

 This year I decided to have just one big party (10/07/2012). Grandparents, friends and Easton's friends all showed up to celebrate him turning two. Easton right now is in love with trains so of course i put together a huge train themed birthday. Took a lot of work but over all it was a huge hit and I think he truly enjoyed the day. He definitely got spoiled with all the new toys and outfits he received. He sure is one lucky little guy.

I can not believe that our little boy is going to be turning 2 years old. It seems like just yesterday we were in the hospital welcoming him into the world. Time sure has gone by super fast. Easton has turned into a delight of a little boy. He keeps us on our toes, makes us laugh, brings joy to our lives every day. He has definitely started to show his personality over the last year and has begun to talk like crazy. Some things are hard to understand but he's slowly putting sentences together. I am so thrilled to see what the next year brings.

Since we were throwing Easton a train themed party...I thought it would be cute to take his 2 year old pictures on a train track. The fall leaves were absolutely gorgeous.
