Keeping up with the Kuehnholds: Early Birthday Party for the boys

Since Easton and Jace's birthday fall around the same time frame we decided to make October 1st weekend a birthday celebration with all the families and plus it was Jesse and I's 1 year Anniversary. My parents came down to join in on the festivities and so did Ben's family. Unfortunately Jesse's mom and brother couldn't make it but fortunately for them I was throwing Easton a second birthday party on his actual birthday (16th). Steph and I had a great time making the cakes (pig and cow (teddy bear)) and decorating their farm themed celebration. It turned out looking awesome...a pat on our backs for sure. We were even able to locate hay bales for seating which was awesome. I think the boys had a great time opening gifts and digging into their cakes. The cakes were a little harder to dig into since the entire cake had toppings that they both couldn't eat since they were choking hazards but they at least tried...Jace especially. Easton really didn't know what to do. The weather turned out perfect for their birthday's outside. It ended up being a great day
